Risefest welcomes the first summer celebration

Risefest is the first town festival of the year on Ærø and a great way to experience the island’s sense of community. Locals and visitors come together for a few days filled with activities and a welcoming atmosphere.

The programme includes classic elements like bingo and shared meals with music. There are also plenty of activities for children, including games and tournaments where everyone can join in.

It is easy to feel at home, and many end up staying longer than planned. Risefest offers a genuine glimpse into life on Ærø and how people come together here
